Finding the right employer is a lucky thing to any caregiver

We all know that finding a right and good employer is a lucky thing to anybody,not just in Care giving but in all career, and in all side of the globe,and this thing is likewise the same in all aspect in business matter,good
client and good costumer is a lucky for them to considered at all times,and they are always hoping for a luck in any day that start,in care giving,there are those cases that a caregiver doesn't have any opportunity to find a good employer,and with this,the caregiver is not staying for a longer time in
one employer,why this situation happen I ask myself why?first thing to consider IS,the chemistry is not match for both the caregiver and the employer,and most of the cases is,too much expectation for both in all side,and in this cases are mostly the reason why some caregiver and employer are not finding the right and longer caregiver or employer in either side for both.
caregiver and employer have the right to choose for their comfort stay with someone that they really trust and having the feeling of security at all times,this will always be in two ways often,one will think often for what each feel,to have a better and good relationship as a caregiver and employer as well,even me,or anybody,100% of it,all will choose to have someone at home which is living for them together that they trust and having those secured feeling within.

Is so rare to find a perfect match,most of the cases is a time developed meaning,rarely happen when
both the caregiver and the employer click and felt the magic in an instant,most often,a process may take time,and it will be followed by smooth flow in the days to come.

The thing that i would able to advise those hired caregiver out there,if you found a great place with your employer and as well as the family of the patient,do often bear in mind that,take do care the good relationship between you and your patient,most importantly the patient family,save the good relationship and let it grow more at all times in good ways and in good deed,most of the cases,the caregiver is treated as one of the patient family and as well as the patient whole family member.

so do always take do care for the better result, and do it with your heart,and in fact, it will remain the good memories at all times,for the rest of your life,not just only for being a caregiver but as a human,that have the wide understanding about what is the true meaning of life,and the world of care giving.
