Able to Speak Hebrew is an advantage for Foreign Caregivers in Israel,as we all know that English is the best
language to master,and the advantage of it is a way not to be behind on any competition or in any field,as we all now at present are connected with just one click of a mouse using computers or any gadgets that have the access to the internet,as the major language in internet is English,so its really an advance to any good information that written in English isn't it,because the ability to understand the English language is there,in short,one that speak,read and write English and  understand the language,has the advantage obviously right.

Now we go on to the main point,Foreign Caregivers that works in Israel would have the advantage to find Job faster if one has the ability to communicate in Hebrew language,which is the Israelite language,because most of the Elderly people doesn't know to speak English,so for those Elderly people that unable to communicate in English,they're for sure preferred to have a Caregiver that speak Hebrew,so the communication for both would be much more easy and communicable,the question is?does all of the foreign Caregivers in Israel can speak Hebrew,well! not all does,but basic Hebrew for some does,and for other foreign Caregivers,they do speak Hebrew like an Israelite,and in rare cases,or few in numbers,some are able to read and write the language Hebrew,and when it comes to speaking,is amazing to hear,because they sound like a naturally born Israelite that speak the language masterly.

As we all know that communication is a vital to have a good connection to others,and the ability to communicate in Hebrew language specially for those Foreign Caregivers in Israel,is a must,not necessary to be expert on the Hebrew language,or one should know how to read and write in Hebrew,but one must to be able to speak in Hebrew even the basic level will help a lot.
