Filipino Nurses in the Philippines are huge in numbers,in fact, in every semester ends,universities and colleges produced a huge volume of Nurses,and annually it doubles the number or more approximately,and some of

this nurses will be taking the license examination,and in two faces,some will be granted the license if able to pass the said licensing test,each of this nurses are one in goal target,this is to have the license on their hand,so the need of hard work in comes to review will be the key to get the license and to be able to be a full pledge license nurse,because having the license on their hand is the key factor and advantage to get a Job as a nurse,but the big question is? how could this huge numbers of this nurses will get a Job,as just a bit of the percentage will be needed in the field of nursing Job in the entire country,such as private and public Hospitals, Clinics, Paramedics,Private Nurses,so where the other percent of nurses that unable to Find a Place for their career as a nurse? yet again is a huge Question,and this huge question will probably as huge as the percentage isn't it,so the answer will often goes depend in each every hand, and flexibility too as well, and likewise the amount of ability that each had,there would be for sure a Job that awaits for them,but in some other field of career,as some would enter the Job as Medical Representative,Calling Center Agent,Sales Agent,Shopping Malls,and etc.


So as we could imagine that flexibility would be the tools to be able to have a Job to survive in daily living, because each one of them need to help their loved ones in comes to financial matter,and one must to engage into hard work in whatever filed of Career or Job,this is to be able to supplement the daily needs,time is precious as we could say,one must to be flexible in all areas in comes to a Job,and its clearly shows that, flexibility is also one of the vital tools to survive the competition in human world, as to be able to live,and have the better and good life.

Furthermore,some of the Percentage of those Nurses,will knock the door of opportunity abroad,to work as a Nurse abroad and later migrate in other country,and in comes to working abroad,Flexibility would be the vital key too to endure and survive abroad,and to be successful to reach the dream goal,the hard work and toughness in comes to emotion,one must to overcome the Home sickness,and all other challenges that awaits for each and everyone that wish to work abroad,in Fact,some of the percentage of Filipino Nurses are successful in the field of Caregiving,they choose to be a Caregiver in Career abroad,to be able to reach their longing dreamed to have a better and good life in days to come,and build a better future and stability in comes to financial matter for themselves, as well as for their loved ones specially. and That's how Flexible Filipino Nurses is,with the flexibility,hard work, practicality, endurance,toughness,and knows how to survive in life,that's why some of them are successful in comes to working abroad.
