Tough 24

First and foremost,what would be the meaning of my post, the Tough 24? well this is how most live in caregivers are into, day and night,Tough 24 means,tough 24 hours of being a caregiver,24 hours of duty and
responsibilities as well as task,and there are also Family Caregivers that having the Tough 24 hours in their day and night duties of being a caregiver for their love ones,and this two sides caregivers is,often facing tough challenges in their every steps.

caregiver job or being a caregiver for their love ones,is always hard and tough responsibilities,and the goal is always to help the patient that need the full care that needed,whether day or night,in fact,this may often put the caregiver into stress,pressure,tough challenges in all angle as a caregiver.beside,this always depending on the health condition of the patient,some live in caregiver having the light duties day and night,this is because their employer or patient, just have the light health condition problem,most of this cases is,for those caregiver that has an elderly patient,with a minor health problem,the reason that the elder patient had a caregiver with them 24/7, is due to their old age,that's why they need someone to help and assist them in their needs,which is,to cook for them,to be their companion at home all times,to assist them in bathing,to prepare their food,and to monitor their health condition,maintaining the medication,treatments,and most importantly,to keep them safety often times,in addition, to have someone with them specially in case of emergency situation.
on the other hand, caregivers that have a tough responsibilities day and night,like those caregivers that has an Bedridden patient,Alzheimer patient,Disabled patient that a caregiver must to carry and transfer the patient from place to the other,and caregiver with a patient that has a breathing machine,which is tough for the caregiver in 24/7,because this is special case in regards to health condition of the patient,which is, the caregiver must to be always careful and present of mind in handling this kind of patient,due to its sensitivity and risk, if not done in a proper way,most of this cases,to be able to assure  safeness for the patient, the caregiver will undergo a training,which will be train by Nurses and Doctors,so that the caregiver will be aware of the situation and knowing what the right thing to do,and  not,furthermore,the caregiver must to master the daily routine treatments and ready to response to any first aid and emergency situation at all times,and panic is not on the list.and if the caregiver is fully master the proper treatments in daily routine,the caregiver is ready for this kind of responsibility and duty.

Those are the responsibilities that a 24 hours caregiver or a live in caregiver are doing in their day and nigh responsibilities as a caregivers,one thing for sure!!!!! all of them are making the difference.
