O.F.W. Caregiver in Israel usual trials,this trials that usually experienced for some O.F.W. Caregiver in Israel,which is the unpreparedness!going on forward, it goes exactly to say that,unprepared going back home

happen mostly in high percentage of caregiver worker in Israel,and this problem happens until at this present time,and this will always happen,reason, because of the limitation range limit,that allowed any caregiver to work in Israel,furthermore,the limit range that allow foreign caregiver worker,and grant the ability to change work,or employer, and the ability to choose employer,as well as the ability to choose on where place to work within Israel,all this mentioned, can be freely make by any caregiver,just within 4 years and 3 months in case,if the foreign caregiver worker exceed to that limit range,the caregiver is not allowed anymore to, change employer,or resign and look for another job as a caregiver with a new employer,or another patient,But! the caregiver can stay and continue working with the present employer,until the patient is alive,or no termination of job happen, this will be automatically the last employer,or the last working permit or visa for the caregiver,if the case,assuming that,the caregiver employer or patient died,or the caregiver is been terminate in his/her job as a caregiver,the caregiver is automatically must to go home or exit the country Israel,and not to look for another job as a caregiver,or work in other place within the country of Israel,because this is not allowed,and if any caregiver will disobey the law,or the rule for foreign caregiver,this will be considered the caregiver, as an illegal foreign worker.


Now we go to the point,why most O.F.W. Caregivers in Israel, is facing unpreparedness,beside that they already knew or aware the rules and law for foreign caregiver in Israel,the main reason is,the situation is sometimes unexpected, example,the patient died,or caregiver has been terminated,in his/her job,and the caregiver is already exceed the limit range,and without savings, the caregiver must to exit Israel whether he/she like it or not,the rule spoken and must be obey!!!no matter what, caregiver must to exit the country immediately,as soon as possible,you can able to imagine,if you will put your feet in their situation,and feel what they felt,its hard isn't it. but that's the rule,and must to be follow, and must be obey, to avoid any complication and problem that possible can encounter by any caregiver.
