that,having a good caregiver if we are the employer,is a great blessing,in fact,rarely to have a Hired Caregiver that works with heart,and truly understand what is in the dipper aspect on the employer and patient side,some times I think about it,maybe is in the personality of who is the caregiver,that through his/her good deeds can tell the whole being of the caregiver,being a Hired Caregiver is tough,in
regards to the responsibilities that a caregiver carry on his/her shoulder day by day,in task and duties,as to say,as a whole dimension,one of the wishes of all employers,that need the services of a Hired Caregiver is, by being true, and understanding on what the situation of the patient,and understanding the whole situation of the whole family of the patient,working with heart that truly understand on what each member felt about the situation,and doing all the task and duties with heart, that have the natural sense of willing to help and lift up the patient in comes to,recovery,supporting the patient in emotional side,doing all the duties with carefulness, and often with patience,despite stress,pressure,hardship, etc. anything that involves challenges and tough task, and responsibilities that a caregiver is into on the daily basis,and or on the night time,A good caregiver is constantly naturally doing all task and duties often with heart that always,understand the whole dimension on what his/her important role,being the caregiver,and understanding the true meaning what is a Caregiver.
