If I can change or stop the aging system

Aging system,when we heard this word,it seems for some,are afraid of it,and for some are open minded to accept the fact that,it is a way, and a part of our lives,but for some,they do their best to keep their young
appearance maintained,with those high technologies for today's innovation and changing world or improved world,this is with those people that can sustain this kind of thing,because of their financial capabilities and well stabled,and for some of us,they do often accept that our physical
appearance changes, and no one will ever, can stop it,and at present as we know that,there's a lot of
products and vitamins for maintaining the healthy way of living for us human,with the innovation and some science invention in regards to anti aging and all other things that change the way how human live,vitamins really helps,there are those herbal vitamins and all other products that helps,and making things much more comfortable for us,because aging is resulting for some to be worry, and for some are contented for what the changes in their physical appearance as their age incline,there are those ways,such as plastic surgery,and other ways to make one stay beautiful and young in the eyes of people,even their age is more than compare to their appearance,and that's the way how human live,as
the earth grows older,as the more the human are getting more intelligent in all things and doing all ways to live much better and easier,with those gadgets and high technologies out there,and as always,those technologies and innovation,put us in a high tech world in present.

but its just a physical appearance outside,and the inner and system within us,stay the same at it is,people getting older,and those old age,will tell!and still,people are suffering from diseases and from old age,and common heath problem,because once people get old,the prone to diseases is,and older people are getting more weaker as their age increases, and more vulnerable to any types of illnesses,this is the big question that I often thinking,if I can just stop the aging system,I'll,but how,its impossible I think so,because its God designed on how human live and the system is natural and the Engineering that designed it will be the one can do all this thing,doing all the possible,and if that will happen,there will be no aging and all will be endless.without those suffering,trials,hunger,war,sorrow,tears,death,and all negative things.
