(P.C.A.) IS LIKE A SEED THAT NEED TO BUILD TRUST

Good relationship most often,are not just emerge in the earth soil,and like a magic that in a seconds, all are automatic,and grow without a seeds, and developed its stem's,and if a matter of seconds,has just magically
developed such  amazing

growth,its like when I am just imagining,maybe an hour's,more or less,will developed a fully grown tree,this would be easy by just a simple spite of a word,and even a impossible thing will be possible in the words of mouth and imagination,or such an illusion.

lets tackle the reality and with a sense and most of all the truth and its truly happening in a reality,that can be seen in our own very eyes,in home care career,all will be in hard start and if days goes on,or move forward,all will be in smooth flow and its like a bicycle,it will be pushing hardly at the start,and if the wheel is steadily rotating,just a little push will be necessary,and when declining its much faster and the opposite in inclination,and if we'll just analyze what is beyond that,is like our life that can be compared to it,that the way it is,the P.C.A will do the hard job,and move the natural way as a true person not just a P.C.A that just working and that's it,but as we have all knew the saying,that! trust is not that we ask for someone to give us,but its for us to build those important and vital tray,that someone will give those trust to anyone that deserved,and in fact, those trust, will take time may be in a

short time or, for a long , time,this trust will build on its on,its often on how we acts and how people will see those natural of being worthy as a person and true person,and worthy to be trusted.

To summarized,as a caregiver,building those trust from our employer,it will always depending on what we do naturally,and on what are those good things that one will do,and in caregiver,trust is very important in comes to the career as a caregiver,because it is very comfortable to work at all times,specially in care giving career,when your employer trusted you fully,and of course,as I have said,that trust,is not that we ask for someone,but it'll be given to anyone that deserve to receive those trust,because of the good things that one done,and in caregiver career,the responsible,working heart caregiver,good personality as a whole caregiver,and having the wide understanding on what life is as a whole,not just a caregiver but a true person,this most of the caregiver that deserved to be trusted and be treated as a family.

In short,caregiver is like a planting of seed to build a trust from employer,therefore,its always depending who is the caregiver,and if the effort is good and the caregiver is worth to be trusted,the seed of trust will just be flowing smoothly because the caregiver is deserving,and wherever the caregiver goes,all those good things and good personality as a whole not just only a caregiver in career,but as a person that can be trusted in all ways.   BY : J.LE
