Caregiver
First and foremost, What is a Caregiver? this would be probably the most on top question would be served in the plate when in comes to the meaning as well as what sense do really a Caregiver does to whom they care. well for sure most of the people question would exactly follow up their question with their own understanding, this perhaps mostly thought it is easy and few are not, in either way of thinking and concept would always base on those into it, this is because they experienced it on how to be a Caregiver and knows exactly what's inside the box. however, this question and other isolated cases that can only be understood if inside to the world of Caregivers,as we all knew that this time, more and more Caregivers are employed and continuously growing to the numbers as time counts and as people are getting older, its a way of necessity for most of those elderly people as well as for those people struggling to be alone due to various diseases or either illnesses, and it is often no age brackets.that's why the call for Caregivers is in need that is really visible in these time, way backward time, elderly people are most likely rely on their family members and nurses routine for monitoring. when Caregivers are getting high on demand due to its visible help that truly undeniably made a big help to ease those pressure for the nurses and doctors as well as for the family of the patient not worrying the 24/7 standby and an eye for them at all times, this is realized that it is better to have a Caregiver for 24 hours to be there for their loved ones, this kind of Caregiver is called as the Lived in Caregiver.

Caregiver is not only being there for the patient and doing all the responsibilities, its not only end there.
some says that if you do your responsibility and none is skip its all fine, question is? is the responsibility goes within the deeper portion and understanding what thoroughly the patient being as a whole and touching the patient lives from outer to the deeper inner side, well this kind of thing would constantly be understood by heart and in instinct goes to the mind what the heart says, meaning with the deeper understanding that comes from the heart, the caregiver is doing it with heart without hesitation. and in fact this can't be learnt in the training centers but this is felt in a deeper mode that heart and mind can understand resulting to comprehensive positive outcome, and that's truly makes the difference.

The Bottom line is, Earning as an O.F.W. Caregiver would not be that easy, but when truly understand in a deeper mode that comes from the heart, earning would often be worth it. touching people lives and makes a difference for those people that count on to their Caregiver at all times.

( J.LE )http://www.blogger.com/profile/01632885298584280480noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6479035779920465202.post-37899064798904377742012-10-28T01:46:00.000+08:002012-10-28T01:46:28.660+08:00Tough Task Challenges most Caregivers

Tough Task Challenges most Caregivers, this would be the most answer you'll get if you ask those
Caregivers out there, whether a Hired Caregivers such as Lived in or Lived out Caregivers, answers
would be exactly the same or related to what the fact is, most of the answer would be definitely felt
that it is coming from the heart that truly can able to express in a deeper aspect base on their experiences each of those Caregivers.

Task, most of the tougher tough task that Caregivers are into in some form would be familiar to those seen in an outer layer, which means, wheelchairs, lifters, diapers changing in a routine manner,
walkers, exercises in daily routine for recovery or for fitness to maintain good healthy life style for the
patient, medicine assistance for the patient whether this would be orally or others. and in regards to the treatments and medicines task, all of this is with the guidance and instructions of the Doctors and health professionals, all of those instructions must be followed by a Caregiver so that there would be a good result or either outcome to the said treatments for the best of the patient.and in fact, daily task for any Caregiver would be constantly depend on what is the health condition of the patient as well as on what the instructions of Doctors and health Professionals, in a short run to say, all would be dictate on what is the actual health condition of the patient.

Tough Task, here we go now on what is the tough task mostly Caregiver are into in their daily task and duties,as I mention on the Task which is on the second paragraph, in addition to that, saying on what is the reality, Tougher Task would base on how the patience and on how far would the patience of the Caregiver would go far and in maximum, simple word Patience but this simple word is the secret word that measure on how good Caregiver is, because a good Caregiver is capable of handling pressure and have the huge patience within, why some can't are the most question attached to this matter, perhaps some aren't that patience enough or some are expecting that being a Caregiver is easy, that's why it is called Tough Task because it challenges the capacity of the Caregiver to the maximum in comes to patience.one thing for sure to say. perhaps those Caregivers that having the huge patience is having the huge understanding and heart to be there to care and knows what is the meaning of the Caregiver in a deeper mode as well as the whole, and for those unable to handle huge patience to pack in a basket, more understanding and a more extending patience would do the good result that you can't ever imagine, although is hard. but with those challenges and hardship task. in the end believe me, it would be fulfilling within, because you help and care for those people that count on you and trusted you their health and life as their Caregiver.
that sound like this, the earth is getting older and people as well too,as to say, obviously time make us old isn't it, people get sick and ill,and etc.and etc. however, answers to the specific question should be case to case basis, in fact it varies from person to person and health condition, but one thing for sure, that's how life is all about, as to say, there's no short cuts on what life has to offer to us. merely what we can do is to accept what would be served on our plate, and most importantly do everything what we can do in our best effort to take care of our own selves and live the life enjoyable and appreciating the beauty inner and outer.

Most of the patient that hire a personal caregiver are mostly a Senior Citizens of London, United states, Israel and others, they employ Hired Caregiver from all sides globally that qualifies the standard to take care for elderly people, in fact, not only elderly people that needs the service of the Hired Caregivers but as well those disabled people or sick, ill or suffer from various disease in all ages.this people needs a full attention and cares 24/7 , Cares that would be serves must be flexible and as a whole dimension. such as physical care, psychological care, emotional care and someone that the patient and the family of the patient can rely on and trust. people are getting older as time is continue running and the demand of more Hired Caregiver are growing and needed. the need of a quality Hired Caregivers that can perform first aid when it comes to emergency situation is a must for any Hired Caregivers, that's why the training centers for caregivers is always essential, this is to ensure the quality and enhancing the abilities as well as giving the proper training for first aid to any caregiver, training would include all of the vital task as a caregiver and all of those daily routine, its very vital to have knowledge of first aid for any caregiver because this knowledge is gold meaning equivalent of life, and not just having knowledge but effectively delivering or performing it properly and ready to apply in an emergency situation to save lives. after achieved the appropriate vital training as a caregiver, the caregiver would be awarded a certificate, the certificate means that a caregiver is qualify and ready to work as a Hired Caregiver.

( J.LE )http://www.blogger.com/profile/01632885298584280480noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6479035779920465202.post-77644924588524707372012-09-01T17:47:00.000+08:002012-09-01T17:47:02.717+08:00Transfer with ease

Most of the Caregivers are engaging transferring patient day and night, and common problems that cause back pain and injury is due to inappropriate way of transferring patient from one place to another such as transferring patient from wheelchair to bed or vice versa.

Why taking a risk having those unwanted back pain and injury,in some cases if transferring is improper, not just the caregiver will put into risky situation but also for the patient.and it is very irresponsible if this kind of thing would be wasted, transferring patient must constantly be in a careful manner to prevent any injury or other related problem for the caregiver as well as for the patient too.

Now we ask ourselves;perhaps various questions could be likely saying that, some may say that, my patient is capable of walking and the transferring task would not be necessary,''well'' this is because the patient can still balance his/her weight and can walk in a short distance.

Patient that needs transferring task would dictate on what is the health condition of the patient, whether the patient is incapable of walking and unable to carry or balance his/her own weight, some case likely patient unable to manage pivoting, most of this patient has lower weakness but had an upper strength.

In fact, patients usually is different from each other in regards to the health conditions and personality, and as well as the weight would dictate the situation, most of the problems commonly caregivers facing in regards to transferring patient, is the weight of the patient.if the patient is not that heavy, well for sure the transferring would be easy, although weight is not the issue, the careful and caution would always must to be in place,it is better to do any task as a caregiver often in a careful manner because this leads to safeness for both the patient and caregiver.

In case the transferring task is difficult and involved risk, this may be in regards to weight issue, example; heavy weighted patient and the incapability to carry his/her own weight as well as incapable of walking even short distance, most of this kind of patient rely on wheelchair.'so' the transferring task would be constantly day and night will be challenging,in fact, as time moving on, the declination of the strength of the patient most likely to go down,so this kind of situation is a candidate to have transferring task day and night due to its necessity, and most probably it would be part of the daily routine.to avoid any unwanted injury or catching back pain or back injury for the caregiver, careful doing the task is vital, ''prevention is always better than cure'' because back pain if worsen, it would be for life time pain, this could be prevented if careful and intelligently step would be made, it is better to have those patient transfer equipment for safety and ease.

To summarized, using any equipment for transferring patient from one place to another, whether this would be from wheelchair to bed or couch to wheelchair or vice versa. in this kind of task, all would be depending on the actual condition of the patient regarding to the health and the abilities as well as the capabilities of the patient, example; some patient would be very heavy to transfer, most of this kind of patient would be candidate to utilize the lifter.

For some patient they usually used transfer disc.this kind of patient that uses the transfer disc which perform by a caregiver to transfer the patient with ease and safe not risking using the strength manually maneuver and preventing catching back injury or strain, usually patient that uses transfer disc can able to stand but unable to carry his/her own weight or balance, and unable to pivot, transfer disc is designed to accomplish transfer from one place to another such as from wheelchair to bed or couch to wheelchair or vice versa. just by a bit of pivot effort the transfer is achieved.

I worked as a Caregiver many years in Israel, took care of various patient from child to elderly or as to say in all ages.whether in Home Care,Nursing Home,Private Home and Hospital.lived out or lived in Caregiver,I had experienced all sort of patient diseases & ailments, with all of those experiences that I had,it makes me complete not just because being a Caregiver but understood what is the purposed of life in each and everyone of us.

One amazing experienced that I would share is taking care of couple patient,in which made me open my mind that despite of the age, love would possibly remain as what started, meaning, aging or being old doesn't change the feelings for some couples.evidence often seen everyday from morning to evening, then I ask myself that, its a true love for both my couple patient.

They decided to hire a Caregiver due to their inevitable declining strength which unable them to do the necessary house chores daily and especially the safeness and security at night as well as before going to bed,I had been like a son to them in which I am so thankful that they choose me and trust me to be their caregiver.I called them mama or Ima in Hebrew, papa or Aba in Hebrew, they preferred to call me as well son or Ben in Hebrew, there's no words to say on how good they're to me,I considered them as my second family generally speaking, including all of their family members which like the same treatment on what Ima and Aba does to me.

Ima told me that, when they still strong they knew that they would be on the present situation which is having a caregiver with them at home, they expected it due to inevitable aging, she told me that first that got sick is Aba,when that time came, Ima accepted it and she face it with braveness and courage to handle all of the daily task, such as house chores and daily treatment for Aba,she manage it alone for couple of years, one of the best words that Ima told me in regards to Aba and their love to one another is,she told me that they're destined to one another and being old doesn't fade away the love for one another,I answer Ima with a smile, saying; Ima I am truly amazed with the love that both of you and Aba show and gave to each other despite of all challenges in life, she told me that, life is to short, and living is not that easy, life has its way to test us and time make us weaker.''so'' each seconds ticks is so vital to be taken as a special gift and live to the fullest and right.life must to be taken care,a best care that we could. she was the caregiver of her husband, before they hired me,and she was a good caregiver and always a good wife.

For me to described them both especially Ima,they've a Good heart and they're a good person's within.I am so thankful above.

What should we do about inevitable aging? its a very complicated question if we ask and think that we don't want to be old or perhaps we thought about fountain of youth maybe,in fact, some people were into surgery to look younger despite of the age, some because of the signs of aging which is visible.this would be accomplished for those people that has the capability in regards to financial matter, however this is not totally make us younger inside physically and psychologically, this would be just outer look for those had a successful operation, although some are successful achieving the desire to look younger from outside appearance, but for sure,no one can stop aging in a truthful opinion and honest way to express thought, all of us will get older as days goes by.this is inevitable and should be accepted.

Getting older means,''growing''.growing in a sense that, our age adding as days moving forward or as to say as clock ticking.for me,I am proud each day having the chance to live and thankful to the lord above extending my life, that's the way how I am so grateful getting older, but I know that there's a lot of challenges ahead on my way that I could experience, but I am always ready to face it no matter how hard it is,I just often reminds myself that all of this is a part of my life.

Couple years ago when I was a Caregiver in Israel,I learned many things in comes to what is the real meaning of life and what are those purposed why I became a Caregiver,by understanding this,I do much love what I am doing day by day, taking care for elderly patients, child patient and in all ages patient as a whole.despite what their condition in life, they're all willing to move on and courageously face any difficulties that may on their way,and what really amazed me a lot is how they carry all of those challenges and still managed to smile.beside, every patient has different health condition, whether disability,in born illness or other diseases,or for some patient being elderly citizens they've experiencing weaknesses and some health problem as they getting much older.but all of them had only one thought and desire, which is to have a chance to live more and wishing that their health condition would not be worsen,as a caregiver, all of those negative feelings in each day that they had,I do constantly felt it likely in which truly open my mind to have a wider understanding on what is life really for us,and how much we need to be thankful everyday when we open our eyes in the morning and before going to bed at night to ask more of life to offer.

To shorten this, each and everyone of us has purposed in life.and no one knows what lies ahead of us,but for sure all of us hoping and wishing what would be on that way ahead must be good, and if not,we must to find a way or solution to overcome any difficulties and challenges that served in our table and continue to step forward, there's nothing we can do about aging,we can't reverse or change the way we wanted to,we must just to understand in a dipper way of what life is,and continue to live what life is to offer because we never know when would be our time.we must to enjoy life to the fullest because life is without spare just only one,so we must often to take care of ourselves the best that we could, and prepare for our retirement day.because its too hard being old without financial capacity to afford those expensive medication or daily medicine maintenance.some elderly people are prepared to live and stay in Care home this people had intelligently save money for their coming retirement, each and everyone of us must be responsible for our own good sake, and we must be prepared for our retirement day,so that we can enjoy our fruit of labor being a pensioner.

In some countries, being old or getting older is a sign to be anxious, this is because they don't have saving for their retirement day, they worked harder all day long just enough for daily expenses like food and bills, nothing to save.that's why in some countries old people are cared by their family, and they stay with their son or daughter.in other hand, some elderly people without family to stay, most of this cases they are brought to home for the aged, this home for the aged own by the government or none government organization like foundation that created by those people with good heart and cares for our senior citizens.its hard if we imagined isn't it,being old without family,or being old without financial capability.so the only way we can do,is to be prepared, save for retirement, take care of our health.because aging is a process of life, that's the way how life means.

they had faced it bravely to pursue to live in-spite of their condition, they do still smile and lived like nothing to be worried about, its like diverting the negative vision to a positive way of living normally having those courage to overcome as to say, this is one of the lesson that I've learned how to live life, although there's constantly an occurrences that comes into our life without asking our acceptance, sometimes we would think that how unfair it is,sometimes we thought that perhaps unluckily for some, they considered it hatred due to the situation or condition that they have, this is normal feelings, because all of us wishes to live happily and healthy.we work hard and having a dream to attain, focus on what our drive toward for a better future.but inevitably some ugly circumstances that we never in our life expected, our dreamed seldom become unfriendly to force us to accept what comes in our life, this is because sometimes what we destined is not we dreamed about but accepting it and learned to live with it,in this case it is not general, it is case to case basis, clarifying it,some don't some does.that's veritable and unavoidable, that's the way we all live.sometime I imagine how if there's no aging,we can live forever happily enjoying the meaning of life isn't it,maybe all will be given opportunity and space for improvement to better the way we live, how wonderful it may if that happen.

Summarizing it; life is full of challenges that comes from a varieties of choices and not, meaning.we can be what we want in terms of profession, career, business tycoon. however some doesn't as successful to achieved what they wanted.it sound like complicated, perhaps we would think that why this is happening.why life had level in terms of what you have or who you are, what kind of family you belong and capability in comes to financial matter, its a kind of race if we just analyze it further.who is the most wealthy would always be on the top of others and constantly growing, but some are in a situation of difficulty which experiencing hunger, disease, misfortune, homeless, jobless.those are some of the negative face of life.but if we just deeply understood what life in a dipper meaning probably we would be calm and intuitively balance the situation and knows how to drive it going to righteous path, what matters most is how we live, how we do the right thing for us as well for others, doing right is one of the vital mission for all of us to comply, that's how to live.no matter how hard our situation,we must do all our best to do right things, and share it to others what is good, so that it will remind them to do good and right as well.

No matter how hard we face life, keep moving forward and do the right and good for other as well for ourselves also for our love ones,if sometimes tough challenges comes, always think that it is just we are tested how we understand life and how to live with it as well as to continue to do good and often moving on.

''Obligation and Responsibilities''
The Obligation and Responsibilities of a Hired Caregiver is the foundation that need to be care as a Hired Caregiver, which means, any action that made always reflects whom made it and on how well and quality being a Hired Caregiver, short to say,it is often depend on who is the person is.but always do bear in mind at all times that the word ''Obligation and Responsibilities'' would be constantly in positive result no matter what, because positive result is the result of being responsible and focus on what the obligation as a Hired Caregiver.

Now we go straight on What do really Hired Caregiver do,we'll discuss the Job and the daily routine and on how this Hired Caregivers is facing in each step of their way as a Hired Caregiver. However in regards to this discussion it would be depending on what is the health condition of the patient and what age that a Hired Caregiver is taking care of,whether in child care or in elderly care for instant in all ages, but no matter what,as a Hired Caregiver one must be flexible and often ready what kind of obligation and responsibilities that given to him/her.that's why there are Caregiver training centers out there to train and produce quality Hired Caregivers in regards to the daily routine and other medical related procedures such as transferring patient from place to another, giving medication, bathing whether bed bath or regular bathing and etc.,a well motivated Hired Caregiver well trained, having dipper understanding and constantly willing to understand widely on what the patient feels, knowing in an intuitive way what is the best for the patient as well as for his/her self.that what's really Hired Caregiver must do.

However, accident sometimes comes even how hardly we don't want it to happen, some people said in regards to that matter and their perception to that is Bad Luck or some said that time of each and everyone of us comes without knowing it nor without notice,in short,''inevitable'',but in Contrary to that point of view,if we often do the prevention and be responsible in each action that we make then it might be an inclination of percentage that we can able to avoid those unwanted circumstances isn't it.for some may agree and some might not,one thing for sure is,the best medicine for cure or recovery it goes something like this beginning in capital letter until the end of the sentence''PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE AND RECOVERY'' to any injuries and sickness, although time sometimes unexpectedly bring us to the situation that we don't ever wish and imagine,it just comes surprisingly without asking us if we desired to have it.

Caring for a patient no matter what is the health condition or age,the key to a better and responsible care that any Caregiver can give in all of the best effort available would always be one key which is Care that comes from the heart.responsible care by being smart not a genius.meaning, you don't need to be a genius to keep the patient safe at all times, but constantly being practical and advance using the prevention and acting responsible to gain good result effectively.and by doing that, you're doing the smart way to keep the patient safe at all times.specially for those Caregivers that has a Blind Patient.
maybe some would be able to say that, the important thing is to do the right and proper task and being responsible that must be in the plate to serve the patient, and this would complete the meaning of being a Caregiver, but the huge question that hidden behind the meaning must to be take into important matter as well too, what I mean is,in every field of profession the most important is you love what you do and loving keeping doing it again and again, and that's what made most of them successful, because they love what they do,in Caregiving, the essence of Care most constantly be there in the picture, being a Caregiver is not easy as many knows for sure, and being a Caregiver is a great task that all side within Caregiving is so important whether from small to the huge responsibility, task, duties and etc.all must be balance, and take note!the Care that attached from the word Caregiver would always be within the heart of any Caregiver,in whatever responsibility, task, duties or either what kind of patient may,the Care that must to be given to the patient would always comes from the heart, because if so,the happiness of helping others that in need would be worth it and overwhelming within the heart, that's the true meaning of being a true Caregiver. BY : J.LE
Achieving The Success on Why one is Sacrificing to Work abroad is the same word that must to be often bear in mind, that one must to do all the best to reach the goal, because its so hard to waste all of the sacrifices that made,so always think that, it is not a permanent way to earn for bread and butter being a Hired Caregiver, time will come, the contract would expire, and as time goes forward, our age adding likewise,we're not always young to be a Hired Caregiver,so the need to prepare is one of the ingredient to gain the success and have a better future, and having the stability in comes to financial matter in days to come, always think that, in each sacrifices and hard work that we make must always have a room for preparedness in days to come,so when the time comes,we save some of our earning being a caregiver, and have the stability in come to financial matter, the bottom line is,the Success Would Depend on each Hand,on what they do,how they do,how they think, and how they prepare for themselves in days to come, for the sake of own goodness in comes to a better and having a stability in comes to financial matter.( J.LE )http://www.blogger.com/profile/01632885298584280480noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6479035779920465202.post-53866327243235856712012-04-06T00:08:00.000+08:002012-04-06T00:08:48.455+08:00Elder or Senior Care comes in TimeThe reality is often inevitable when in comes to all certain thing specially when we talk about the reality of
